The Auditorium is the most versatile of all our areas – Available for all major events with its own stage, and is suitable for up to 500 theatre style.

The movable seating is able to be configured to a range of seating plans to suit your needs or to be totally removed if required

The auditorium is completely blacked out with 27 x 12 metres of working space fitted with its own full range of audio visual equipment and sound desk which can be priced upon application.

The stage size has a great workable size of 5.8m X 16m metres.

With a roof height of around 8 metres this area is perfect for all lighting and sound requirements.

Rear access doors allow easy access for equipment directly onto the stage and auditorium.  Largest opening is 1980mm wide X 2150mm high.


The stylish Cafe area is ideal for weddings, presentations, workshops, dinners, lunches and corporate entertainment you can choose from a variety of caterers to meet your needs.

The cafe area is also the perfect entrance into the main auditorium and is ideal for coffee, guest registrations and book sales prior to an event.

With its relaxed atmosphere each person can enjoy the pleasant surroundings that the City Impact Cafe has to offer. The cafe area can seat 120 people comfortably or 350 standing.

Media ROOM

This room can be used as an extension to the cafe or used for smaller presentations and workshops seating for up to 40 people, standing 60. Equipped with ceiling mounted projector, screen, speakers and DVD player, the Media Room flows directly into the cafe in open plan style and is perfect for completing any meeting by enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the cafe afterwards.


Seating for up to 10 people this well designed room is ideal for interviews and small meetings.


These multi purpose rooms have 12.8 x 5 metres of working space which can be used for presentations, small conferences, training courses and medium sized meetings. Seating up to 50 people or 80 standing.


With a fully equipped nursery parents can enjoy the privacy of nursing their babies/toddlers whilst still enjoying the conference by a TV feed direct into the nursery.


Our studio hire is fully supported by our onsite facilitator and when you book at City Impact Church the following facilities are included in the price:
